Subject: fbla
I think I have a love-hate relationship with fbla. Sometimes I hate it, sometimes I love love it. But mostly I love it. I especially like member meetings and when our plans come to fruitation. That always makes me happy.

As you may have guessed, FBLA Parent Night went relatively well. Although there were several mishaps -ahem- with the clicker thingy, it was pretty good. I think parents were impressed, especially with Sriranjini (she was so professional!), and we got like two full pages of interested parents willing to help with stuff.

And I really liked just hanging out with other officers for half an hour after the whole thing and just chatting with them and Mr. Schmidt. It was very relaxing and I like just talking sometimes. It's something that you can't really do anymore, you know, just talking about whatever comes to your mind. like I remember last year Irene and I just meant to stop by Schmidt's room for the FBLA cash box, and we ended up chatting for like an hour with him and Brian (DECA's officer) about just whatever.

And I just realized that the fact that I do some things just for college has nothing to do with the activities I'm truly passionate about. Just because I skimp off on certain activities doesn't mean that I am any less passionate about the ones I love.
